A 20-Year Storytelling.
Opening a first location in a new region is a defining step for any restaurant chain. For Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, that next chapter was the Southeastern United States. Began in 2006 with a family recipe and small restaurant shop in Flushing, Queens, Nan Xiang has already achieved decades history telling this story about the authentic Southern Chinese cuisine. Until 2026, Nan Xiang has expanded over 13 store locations in the U.S..
MH Commercial Brokers supported Nan Xiang with site selection and market entry strategy, helping bring their first Southeast location to Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia.

Market Entry Strategy
We advised Nan Xiang on its entry into the Georgia area, connecting the brand’s regional expansion goals with its commercial real estate decisions. As Nan Xiang’s Georgia Expansion Partner, MH served as the tenant representative, introduced concept and culture to the local community.

Aligning with Nan Xiang’s brand identity, target customers, visibility, and long-term growth direction, MH helped position Nan Xiang at the Mall of Georgia to creat a strong fit between the restaurant concept and the surrounding retail environment.

A Southeast Debut.
A New Place To Gather.
Nan Xiang soft opened its first location in the Southeastern United States at Mall of Georgia in early July, 2026, followed by its official grand opening on August 3, 2026. The opening marked the brand’s arrival in a new regional market and the realization of its next expansion milestone.
