Ming Zhou, CCIM

Ming Zhou, CCIM, is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of experience serving clients across Georgia and Southeast U.S.. He specializes in industrial, retail, office, and land properties, with extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions, sales, and site selection.
With more than 5 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions completed, Ming has developed extensive knowledge of the Atlanta industrial market, including warehouse, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing properties. His experience working with both local businesses and international companies gives him a practical understanding of the real estate needs of businesses establishing, expanding, or relocating their operations.
Throughout his career journey in CRE, Ming has worked with a diverse range of clients, including HELI, BHD Storage Solutions, RTCO, SwiftX, and other companies across the industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. He combines strong market knowledge, transaction experience, and a results-driven approach to help clients identify the right commercial properties and strategic locations for their business goals.
Julie Yang, CCIM

Julie Yang, CCIM, specializes in Retail and Restaurant Commercial Real Estate. Before entering commercial real estate, Julie serviced in hospitality management as operator for 10 years, giving her firsthand industry knowledge of the macro market. Within the years in the industry, Julie has personally closed more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions. Julie’s experience includes market entry, site selection, lease negotiations, and multi-location expansion strategies for brands specifically in Georgia and Southeast area. She focuses on identifying locations that align with a comprehensive local market analysis and brand breakdown.
During her journey in the commercial real estate field, Julie has helped numerous international Chinese restaurant brands, major Asian restaurant and retail brands, restaurant franchisors and franchisees, and multi-unit operators enter and expand across the Atlanta market, including Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, HEYTEA, Teso Life, The Juicy Crab, Tous les Jours, Xiao Long Kan Hot Pot, Lanzhou Ramen, Glaze Tea, Gatcha, Dumpling Master, Touchdown Wings, and other growing restaurant and retail concepts.
With both an operator’s background and extensive brokerage experience, Julie brings a practical understanding of what makes a location work from both the business and real estate perspectives. She evaluates opportunities based not only on availability, but also on operational requirements, demographics, visibility, access, competition, and each brand’s long-term growth goals.
Ben Lin
Commercial Real Estate Broker
Ben specializes in Flex Office Space Landlord and Tenant Representation. He works closely with landlords to design and renovate flex spaces to fit the current market needs. Ben works extremely hard to be present for every space showing, and in fact, he is the only landlord rep that will show spaces seven days a week.
Ben joined MH Commercial Brokers after being in the restaurant and mining industry for the past ten years. For leisure, Ben likes to play the guitar and sing to his friends.
Ashley Wen
Commercial Real Estate Broker
Ashley joined MH family in 2021 as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Advisor. Her passion in helping clients solve their problems efficiently and her unrivaled drive to succeed make her a great addition to the team. She specializes in representing retail clients throughout Metro-Atlanta.
Ashley is an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of Atlanta, and is fluent in Mandarin, English and French. She has also worked with growing franchise and restaurant brands on their Atlanta market expansion and site selection, including Chicha San Chen, Beto’s Taco, and more, helping brands identify strategic locations and navigate the commercial real estate process from site selection to lease execution.

Nancy Wang
Commercial Real Estate Broker
Nancy joined MH Commercial Brokers in 2019, starting in Administration and Property Management and gradually expanding her expertise into Retail Commercial Real Estate. Her diverse experience has given her a strong understanding of both the operational and real estate sides of a business.
Today, Nancy focuses on retail CRE, using her years of industry experience to provide clients with end-to-end support that from site selection, property evaluation, and market entry to lease coordination and ongoing property management. By combining her operational knowledge with real estate expertise, she helps clients navigate every stage of establishing and growing their business.
James Lin
Site Selection Specialist
James is a Georgia-based Software Engineering graduate with skills in data analysis, market research, problem-solving, and technology, along with a strong interest in emerging technologies and local market trends.
Currently, James serves as a Site Selection Specialist at MH Commercial Brokers, where he combines his analytical and technical skills to assist clients throughout the site selection process, from market research and property analysis to site evaluation and on-site tours.
Yan Zheng

Agent Yan is a Metro Atlanta Residential Real Estate professional with MH Commercial Brokers, specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Georgia local real estate market.
With experience representing both buyers and sellers, Yan has developed strong knowledge of communities across Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Sugar Hill, and Buford, as well as surrounding areas.
