MH Commercial Brokers is a full service commercial real estate team. We offer leasing and investment sale services for industrial, retail, office, and land properties. We are a multicultural and multilingual team that speaks English, French and Chinese. Our team assist business owners with tenant and landlord commercial real estate representation.
Starting from Georgia, we serve our clients in the multiple region to Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, and California.

Ming Zhou
Ming started in commercial real estate with a passion to serve the underrepresented small business owners in 2018. Over the three years, Ming helped several first-time business owners leased retail spaces, transacted over 1.5 million square feet of industrial warehouse leasing and purchase & sale, helped multiple regional restaurant groups expand in Atlanta and Southeast US region, and guided several nonprofit organizations secured commercial spaces.
Ming loves to give back to the community through volunteer groups. Ming has served in Tzu Chi Foundation since college and has been a mentor for Emory and Georgia Tech college students from 2013 to 2018. Ming also loves to travel and explore the world with his family. One of his goal is to take his two daughters (Harper and Cara) to visit all the famous museums and national parks in the US.
Julie Yang
Julie was a restaurant owner for 10 years prior to starting her career in commercial real estate. She brings immense restaurant experience to help our restaurant clients to lease retail spaces, grow and expand their businesses and to invest in restaurant real estate.
Julie has carved out a niche in retail commercial real estate and her mission is to provide viable real estate solutions, negotiate deal terms, and facilitate a smooth and successful transaction for our clients.
Ben Lin
Ben specializes in flex office space landlord and tenant representation. He works closely with landlords to design and renovate flex spaces to fit the current market needs. Ben works extremely hard to be present for every space showing, and in fact, he is the only landlord rep that will show spaces seven days a week.
Ben joined The A Team after being in the restaurant and mining industry for the past ten years. For leisure, Ben likes to play the guitar and sing to his friends.
Ashley Wen
Ashley was born and raised in Taiwan, then after moving to Atlanta, Georgia, she decided to start her real estate career after previously working in the flight industry for both AirAsia and Cathay Pacific.
Ashley joined The A Team family in 2021 as a commercial and residential real estate advisor. Her passion in helping clients solve their problems efficiently and her unrivaled drive to succeed make her a great addition to the team. She specializes in representing retail clients throughout Metro-Atlanta.
Ashley is an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of Atlanta, and is fluent in Mandarin, English and French. She is dedicated to using her network and language skills to give her clients the best service and advice for all their real estate needs.
