Sweet Krunch has signed leases for two new restaurant locations in Morrow and Conyers, Georgia, continuing the brand’s growth across the state.
Julie Yang, CCIM, of MH Commercial Brokers represented the tenant in both transactions, helping with site selection and the lease signing process.
As an Asian fusion fast-casual concept, Sweet Krunch specializes in Korean fried chicken, street food, and boba. The new locations will bring the brand to two more Georgia communities.

For Sweet Krunch, the Morrow and Conyers lease signings mark the next steps in its Georgia expansion. Each signed lease secures a space where the team can prepare to bring its concept to a new community.
